At NeoJet Fans, we are committed to fast shipping so you can stay cool as quickly as possible. We ship all orders from our location in Ontario, Canada.
Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
This is our standard fast shipping window for most orders.
During peak summer periods or high demand, it may take up to 5 business days to ship.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Shipping speeds and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size:
Standard Shipping (Canada): Starting at $5.99 — 5–10 business days total from order date
Express Shipping (Canada): $7.99 — 2–5 business days total
International Shipping: $12.99 — 10–25 business days total (duties and taxes may apply)
Free Shipping on all orders over $55.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery can be affected by carrier volume, customs (international), or unforeseen delays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track your portable fan directly with Canada Post, UPS, or the carrier provided.
Address Changes & Issues
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
For lost, damaged, or delayed packages, reach out to us with your order number — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
International Customers
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are collected by your local authorities.
